Ich erinnere mich noch genau an unser Promotion-Casting bei Harrods in London auf der Suche nach einem Teenager „Gesicht“ für die damalige „Seascape“ Herbst-Winter Kollektion. Die Schlange mit erwartungsvollen Mädchen reichte quer durch die ganze Abteilung, und mir kam es vor, als wäre ich in die Rolle von Heidi Klum aus GNTM geschlüpft. Kein Girl dazwischen mit dem Potential eines Models, kein spannender Typ, aber alle träumten von der großen Entdeckung … – bis Paige (15) reinkam und wir alle wussten sofort, dass sie es sein wird, die wir zum Fotoshooting nach Hamburg/Sylt einladen werden. Und nun hat sie ihre erste Fotostrecke in der aktuellen Elle Great Britain. Congrats Paige! Mal schauen, wohin Dich Dein Weg noch führen wird, und wir sind ein wenig stolz, dass er bei Roma e Toska begonnen hat.
I remember our promotion casting at Harrods, London, searching for the face for the new „Seascape“ winter campaign. The cue of young girls was long and everyone nervously expecting a big coming out. No one with the potential of a future model, no one really exciting until we saw Paige (15) and we immediately knew that she is the one will invite for our photoshooting to Hamburg/Sylt. Some years later, she now got her first photo editorial at Elle Great Britain. Congrats Paige! We are curious about your future career and we are a little bit proud that it started with Roma e Toska.
